Wise Guy Cup – July Competition
This month’s style: Any beer brewed with Kveik yeast
Please bring:
- 2 bottles for your entry
- The base style of the beer
- The Kveik yeast strain used
Strange yeast, fast ferments, farmhouse funk, tropical fruit bombs — whatever path you took, we want to taste it.
Members who enter 3 of the 4 Wise Guy Cup competitions this year will receive a 1-point bonus. In other words, showing up with beer can literally pay off.

- North Georgia Homebrew Competition – August 29
- Fugetaboutit – October 10
- Music City Brewoff – October 17
- North Carolina Homebrew Invitational – October 17
- New South Brew Off – October, date TBD
Cahill is planning to transport entries and assist with judging for North Georgia, so more details should be coming soon.
