Mobsters, MAY 8th, 8 AM – 2 PM??? It’s that time again. National Homebrew Day is coming soon. We are brewing on May 8th. (I know that’s not the REAL NHB, but that’s when schedules work.) We’re brewing 50 gallons of Clementine Pale Ale (Adam Hale’s recipe) on his recently commissioned brew rig.
